It’s possible you have a clogged plumbing vent pipe. Hunker.com says every toilet and drain in a house is connected to its own vent pipe, which brings in air to help prevent water from getting stuck in the plumbing system. Sometimes the vent pipe becomes clogged with leaves or other debris or an animal has built a nest on top of it.
