The Pinellas County Commission became the first Tampa Bay government Wednesday to issue a stay-at-home order. The “safer-at-home” order generally tells people to stay at home except when going out for essential services or certain other limited reasons. The order also closes most “non-essential businesses.”
The order allows “essential businesses” to stay open. Among those essential businesses are plumbers because we “provide services that are necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences and other structures.”
