We called Billy The Sunshine Plumber yesterday morning. We had a busted outside pipe.and had to completely turn off the… water. Patty answered the phone and was able to get a technician to come out that afternoon. This was the second experience with this business.I’m completely satisfied with the work. He came on time and did the… job quickly. I hope I don’t need them anytime soon but when i do I’ll call them again.Billy was alright. He got the job done. But it would have been nice if he introduced himself and would have removed the things off the top the toilet tank before he took the lid off . Whoops. And I think he should have known not to flush the toilet when it’s already pouring out the tub drain. Of course it started to overflow. But the price was good and the job was done. The shower in our master bath was draining very slowly. Called Billy the Sunshine Plumber and they came out today to… take a look. Our technician, Skyler Hurley, called ahead and showed up on time. Very professional and personable. He checked out the shower and decided to use acid to clear the drain, which is faster, cheaper, and longer lasting than using a snake. Total time about 20 minutes and good to go. Even got a senior discount. Great response and service.read more

Our main kitchen line backed up over the weekend and after some research online, called Billy The Sunshine Plumber for… help. We were not disappointed!!! They were able to come onsite the same day, Joey and Skylar were polite, professional and had the clog cleared in less than 15 minutes, just missing the rain coming in. I had a broken pipe in the garden, I called several plumbers, some charge for an estimate, others have a minimum fee,… all were pricy, at the end, I was recommended to call Billy The Sunshine Plumber, their minimum fee was the lowest.Tyler came and fixed the problem, replace pipe and faucet, I noted he is careful and clean doing this job, I thank this company for the great job and highly recommend them!They gave me a year guarantee!read more

A plumber named Tyler came out, looked at my drainage problem in bathrooms, removed a toilet, run a 2.5 in steel cable… in then finished off with a 1.5 in one, replaced said toilet, cleaned up the area and now everything works great.My neighbor told me to call Billy’s co. because they came out and did a great job for her, so I am now recommending them for your plumbing needs.Their price was fantastic also.Dr. Thomasread more

Our toilet was backed up, and they were able to come within 30 minutes. They quoted me $165 to snake the drain, but… the guys said, let’s try some professional plunging techniques and much to my surprise, it worked! So, they only charged me $99 since they did not have to use the snake. Great guys, would highly recommend.read more

Absolute dishonesty. I hired this plumber to replace a toilet, flange pipe and other parts in the upstairs bathroom of… my rental property. Just a few short months later major water damage started to leak down into the downstairs kitchen. When I called this plumber, they denied the damage was a result of their work. On top of all that they had the audacity to charge me for them to come out to take a look. So I called three other plumbers to come out and take a look (for free), each of the three plumbers said this damage was due to the incorrectly installed toilet and other parts. Thousands of dollars later, I had to replace all plumbing parts, walls and cabinetry. Do not hire this plumber. Dishonest and poor workmanship.read more

I had a leak from my hot water at noon so I called Billy The Sunshine Plumber. Shaina said she could get someone out to… help before 4:00 PM Then about 12:15 she called back and said a plumber was on his way. He found I had a defective pressure relief valve. Don H. was friendly and worked quickly as we talked. He had the job done by 1:30. The price was much less than I thought it would be. I was happy and very satisfied. I’m not recommend use this company for service heater system.I call this company for annual maintenance of my… heater.The technician did not fully check my heating system. He tells me that everything is bad, and I need to replace everything, and he propose me bill $ 1,000.I do not agree with him, and tell him check heater with power on electricity. He power on heater and again not finish check system. He told me, about need increase temperature more high when recommended factory.And on last step, he not cover top on heater, when he finish, and go out from my apartment.read more

Called the office 10:29 in the morning about a minor plumbing fix and it was scheduled between 1-4 same… afternoon.Called the office 2:29 and asked for an update on the time frame, they said don’t keep records if tech ahead or behind.Got a call from the tech 4:16, saying it would take him 45 minutes to get to my building, and a follow up call 5:18 !!! he need to do an emergency in Safety Harbor. Called him back 6:29 just to get an update and he was saying several more hours….I was regular customer for the company and to me to treat anyone like that very unprofessional. To this point I was running into nice folks/techs from Billy and strongly service – customer communications this one was way bellow the standards I want to deal with in the future.In the meantime, thanks for the guys who were prompt and up to the words and promises from Billy.read more
